About Me
I am Zhicheng Pan, a third-year Ph.D. student at the School of Data Science and Engineering, East China Normal University (ECNU). I am advised by Prof. Aoying Zhou, and co-advised by Prof. Chengcheng Yang. Currently, I am a Research intern on the TiDB Optimizer Team at PingCAP. Previously, I worked as a Data Dev intern in Taobao and a Research intern in Alibaba Cloud. I obtained both my M.Eng. degree (2022) and B.Eng. degree (2019) from the School of Computer Science and Technology, Soochow University. My current research interests focus on AI4DB, with a particular focus on AI4Optimizer.
